Her View From Home has a supportive Facebook group for writers with a wealth of Information once you’ve had a piece accepted. They also respond within two weeks and pay a minimum of $10 per piece accepted. They do market each story too + it’s not horribly difficult to get accepted as they always need content. It’s why I believe they are a good launching point. You can type in “write for Her View From Home” and the contact form comes up, I believe.
